Blaster spark plug boot burn

Can anyone explain this? I had a misfire that I figure is electrical, ignition but then I found this

One plug is shiny and clean while the other looks almost burned/rusted like

Incase anyone was wondering its an apparently known problem with high compression 2 strokes and br8es screw on tip

Then back off and vibrate which was just friction cleaning the one more than the other
