Blaster help!

I just recently bought a 95 Blaster stock, and it cranked and ran fine. I just had it painted by a local paint shop, got it back, cranked it again after putting everything back on and it ran fine. The next time I cranked it it bogs when revved all the way. What could this be from? I'm having trouble diagnosing this. Please help! It's a 61X motor with a single 44 Mikuni. It is also premix since the oil injection has been taken out. Trying to get it going for the weekend!! I haven't added gas or done anything. The only thing I have messed with is the T handle screw on the side of the carb that controls the idle speed. Did this cause this?

Thanks

yep, that the idle. when you mess with it you can upset the air/fuel ratio near idle speed because of the change in air speed. put it back and see if it's better.

What's the best way to adjust it? It idles fine the way it is. Should I hold the throttle wide open and adjust it, or does that not work? I can't do it right now the neighbors will be pissed.
