with a big enough motor, and light enough ski you can do anything!

you can try to do some old school flat water tricks but, it wont compare to a stand up on flat water.

it can be alright with the right mods. For a beginner ski it will be good, depending what you want to do with it. I rode a 750SXI in the summer and it felt like a tank compared to my superjet.

Looks like it's in a nice shape, but needs some carb work. That could be masking some other, more serious problem. I can't comment on the price.
If it's flatwater freestyle you're after, keep looking. You can get the Kawi to do that, but it will take a lot more work and money.
