Blaster cutting out when leaning left

Did fixing the restrictor help at all? Where are your screws set on the pipe? If you close the top and mid all the way and just open the bottom a bit does it change?

Restrictor arriving today so will test it out. Start stop wires are fine. All pipe screws are closed apart from top screw which is out just over half a turn. I’ve never tried to run with bottom screw open as I was after bottom end.

Yeah I'm just wondering if somehow your getting water into the cylinders when you lean the ski, would make more sense if it happened when you leaned it to the right though lol. Headpipe or manifold could have a crack in it too I guess. Just seems like its not a carburetion issue if you've had two different sets of carbs on it, and you said it only happens in the water.

Had an annual top end rebuild done with new pistons, gaskets etc. 180psi even on both pots.

Still doing it!!! Driving me insane!!!!!!!!
Won't start on it's side at all now, level it off and it starts after endless cranking. I opened the hood and watched the fuel line and the fuel roles back into the tank which I thought it would hold pressure? Tank vent valve working but not getting pressure in tank when cap removed but when I blow in the tank it retains pressure until cap removed. Am I missing something simple? Runs fantastic all day and starts straight up after turning off but only if it's level. I'm really losing the will to live with this one.

Air is getting in somewhere if fuel drains back to the tank. As JC said check your pickups, and eliminate primer and fuel selector and run a line straight from your reserve pickup to the carbs just to see if this helps.

I now run 38's, also have direct fuel lines from tank to cab (fuel selector bypassed last year. Hand primer also eliminated with no change. Is the filter in the wrong place causing the volume inside the filter to roll back to tank? That's all I can maybe wrong looking at it now.

Gonna say there is something up in your carbs causing this. Either the round disc are not installed correctly or they are bad, or needle and seat are jacked up (but I dont think N&S would effect this).

I hav a similar Fuel Pick-Up System set-up for Triple Carbs for my 1100 Blaster. Each Pick-Up has an extension with a Filter Clunk Weight which also has an internal Check ball to keep the lines primed. The total length of the Pick-ups is about 12 inches which reaches the bottom of the OEM Blaster Tank. If you are only using the stock tube length, you are 4 inches short...
