Blaster 1 dual cooling questions

I have set up several SJ's with "true-Dual" cooling and was wondering what you recommend on the Blaster 1.

61x/61x B-Pipe MOD ADA and and and

- The Stock Bildge Line seems much bigger any suggestions ?
- How about 1.5 cooling T into exhaust manifold and then 2 pissers out ? Any water routing suggestions ?

Thank you for any help !

Go to a marine, hydraulics, or maybe a hardware store and buy a THROUGH HULL UNION and 2 3/8 barbed fittings to thread into each side of union. This will give you a new line through the hull for a 2nd cooling line. Get lots of 3/8 hose to run to the engine compartment.

The stock bilge line is 3/8 id, it just has a larger od so it looks bigger. You can use the thru-hull for that if you don't need it anymore. You'll obviously need to tap the pump regardless on that nub looking thing opposite the original cooling tap. Your 1.5 cooling idea will increase flow little if at all and more importantly will drop your system pressure which is not good.

I just set my blaster up with dual cooling (similar mods) and routed both to the manifold as apposed to one to the manifold and one to the pipe. There are pros and cons for each if you do a search. I attached a couple of pics of how mine looks. The line going past the pisser to the front on the carb side is for handwarmers and wouldn't otherwise be needed.
