Hi guys, Does anyone know of anybody making billet motor components that will fit my 1000cc XScream motor? Specifically a crank case and front cover that uses OEM bolt patterns. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
-Scott

wouldn't brian's cases fit with a little port matching?
godocgo on pwctoday had a rad billet front cover for sale a while back.

Thanks!

Yes they would fit, and I would like to use them, but he is busy on another project at this time sadly.

I am not droppping the cases.

I am stuck on this deal and trying to figure out what to do.

Carbon is a good guy and I want him to run my case his boat, I am confident it will show the benefits to what I have done.

This is a complicated situation in a sense.

When I designed the GP case, there weren't really any other manufactures of an aftermarket cylinders. The case has been set up with obviously a DASA small/big bore or OE style cylinder base in mind.

The transfers were never setup for an X-metal cylinder.

We are trying to figure out how to handle this situation to please everyone, and more importantly, protect everyone's IP.

so, supply the cases as they would be for the Lamey, if Xscream needs to tweak it for their cylinder, so be it. That all part of modifying. They use 62T cases for all their motors, so what is the difference?

No way, Our 90+mm Big Bore billet cylinder is a seven port cylinder, the NEW 90mm+ Big Bore Billet cylinder that DASA sells is a 5 port cylinder. Port size, shape and location completely different.

Thanks for chiming in Chuckie, I didn't realize there was an issue with internals being way off from yours. I was told these SBP/Dasa cases would work, my bad.

I hate to repeat myself.

The problem is with the transfers. Always was. I have no idea what an x metal transfer area looks like, so I would need to know that bottom profile, or I would have to make cases wth on OE style base.

Either way, again, I would need to make MORE cases in order to do a different transfer area. All the cases I have done are set-up for DASA's cylinders.
