Son of a bitch. Wide boosts, thick mains!!! Look at the dividing wall between jugs.

What max bore is possible?

This one is only on 85mm with an 8mm stroker crank, as you have noticed the transfers are large enough to get way bigger bore sizes than this.
Chris.

I haven't built one that size, but all around it, tons of 718's, 727's, 771's, 780's,
809's, 818's, 828's, 888's, 924's, 935's, 967's, 989's, 992's and the biggest yet is a 1014cc all from 62t based engines. Looks really nice, I'm sure tired of porting those poorly cast Lamey cylinders....Can you build one with a cylinder deck height about 5.200 in (132mm) and sleeves for 90-91mm bores?

Are you bored with 10mm strokers already Chuck? What you are suggesting sounds interesting and is quite feasable maybe we should talk.

Nice jugs! Great work once again. USD pricing will probabaly kill everyones chubbies, but throw it out there when you figure it out. It might not be as bad as we think....

I want one. No make it three. Yes three will do to start out with.

I think the price could be in the ball park if he could sell lots of them that are all set up the same. It is the machine set up time that kills you. So we all have to ban togather so he can make 500 at one time so the price will be something we all can afford.

Very nice work. I think you have some intrest in your cylinders here. Let us know if you will offer this to the public.

Just thought I'd share my excitement with you all, this has taken me over 12 months (partly due to some thieving scumbag stealing my computer and Cad drawings).
This is for my 8mm Stroker engine, Water tested today and all is goooooooood. I've still to run it in, re-jet the carbs way to rich, and stick a new prop on. I ended up using a 13/15 out of the recycle bin as I'm waiting for the right prop to arrive.
Some pics from starting "block" to in the ski.

Nice work.

What did you do for sleeves? Pistons?

Got the carbs and prop sorted, it feels very strong:fing02: but I still have some running in to do. Tomorrow I will test it with a Mod pipe as its currently running a Limited.
Anyway I could do with some feedback, the original plan was to do an 8mm and a 6mm cylinder, a friend said the other day he didn't see the point as the crank and cylinder would be the same price I might as well stick with the 8mm because the 6mm wouldn't sell. Given that its quite a lot of work to alter the drawings (port heights, water jackets etc) I thought I would put it to you guys to see what you think.
Chris.

It probably only matters for a few people, but if you can offer a stroke/bore combo that stays legal for Am freestyle, that would be helpful for at least a few riders. Why not stick with 8mm and the engine builder can always mill it down to 6mm or 4mm or whatever?
