bilge outlet pump dump?

has anyone ran the bilge outlet to the pump area? is there any reason why i shouldnt do this? im installing footholds and a one way dump this weekend and id like to run the bilge to the pump area.

do i have to run a hard line if i do this? will refoaming chrush a flexable hose?

IMHO, the fewer holes you cut into the rear section of the ski, the better.
More holes, more hoses = more potential for leaks.
I can't think of a good reason to do it.

also you wont know if your bilge is working or not if you cant see the water coming out.

only way i can see a pump dump working if you had a oneway valve inline so water didn't get back into the hull.

but id rather have it come out of the handle pole or something if you didn't want any outlets in the ski

you can put them in the dash area with 45 degree pissers to dump to the side.
I did not think I would like them that way, but I do.

I think a black anodized one would look fine on your ski.

i have a 1100 gph bilge that runs a 1 1/8" hose. does anyone make a 45' 1 1/8" bilge fitting. ive seen xft's jumbo straght fittings.
