the previous owner had a Rule Bilge installed and it was just glued to the bottom of the hull with a small pad with little nipple like prongs that when through the bilge mount. It finally came unglued and I don't have time to order the bracket for it. What kind of glue/fastener could be a temporary fix to get me through the weekend?

5200? Has been working for me for 2 seasons
i never could get 52 to hold, plus it takes a week to cure properly
should be able to find at any auto parts store. advanced, zone, oreillys etc..
commonly used to fix bumper fascias and lights

You ever try the 5200 fast cure rags? It's still an overnight thing, but effective.

Blue RTV sealant works pretty well. Just rough the area up with some sandpaper first. Can get it at any auto parts store.

oh and i would swap out the bilge for a 1200 GPH atwood. you can get em here: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Tsunami-1200-GPH-Cartridge-Bilge-Pump-12VDC/11071178
only problem is the discharge outlet is 1 1/8 so you need a new thru hull fitting and hose. but i think its more than worth it. if you can find one with a more common tubing size that would be best 1" 1 1/4" then you could potentially put a one way valve inline of the bildge and water wont pour in through the bilge pump
