We finally are getting some cold temps to get some good ice. Hoping to get out on the lake next weekend. The lakes are almost glare ice, perfect for the bike. Finally get some riding in, tomorrow or Thursday might be a good day for some PTO.

KX 85 rear 15" wheel or klx 110 12" rear BBR for only ice (no rocks)
RMZ 85 Front 17" or 14" klx 110 front Marzocchi

Nice, I bet that was a blast. Sometimes they plow tracks on the lake, crazy fun.

I mainly just goof off, when it it gets cold it gives me something to do. The mini is a riot on the lake, not so fast that people get po'd like on a big bike. Now I have to get the big bike going, the joy of studding tires.

Looks like you did a good job. I bet they hook up good. Its better take your time and do it right, in the long run.

On the dirt bike you have braking studs and acceleration studs, street bike tire on the inside so the 1" studs doesn't pop the tube. The bigger tires on my mini just have half inch in the knobs, good for cruising but doesn't last
long and will eventually tear some of the knobs off.

Not sure what they were then, probably needed it. I'm sure it worked good, just don get run over with those studs. Any studs I should say.

Nice Video, looks like fun! Once in a while there are some tracks plowed by my house on Lake Waconia, but I mostly free ride on Lake Minnetonka (huge lake for the area with tons of bays).
