They would be a good starting point for a nice hull mold. It would need a lot of finishing work to produce nice hulls.

I like how he used pictures of peoples hulls. Wonder if he asked...

He's still hanging on to that flatwater backflip capability that I don't think a single person has ever pulled off. I heard about this too and said I would happily pay $500 for them or maybe go in on a deal with someone else for a little more. Otherwise, it would be cheaper to just buy his kit and make your own mold...or better yet, buy one of the hulls that people are selling and make a mold from that.

Honestly though, if the molds were cleaner and someone built one that had even an ounce of care about their product, these would be very nice hulls. Last, if these hulls had a little larger hood and the nose didn't have quite an abrupt turn up, the hull would be exceptionally nice.

But wouldn't the molds also come with some kind of documentation saying it's okay to layup these hulls? Sorry if that's a dumb question. I don't really know anything about ant-splashing laws but I figured I'd ask..

so basically you need a new and improved mold, so that makes these worthless. unless of course you want to make a hull and then mod it if that is even possible or reasonable to do instead of just starting over. and then make a mold from that. with so many proven hulls what is the point?

thanks for a good laugh this morning though.

now if somebody comes across some old 24/7 molds that would have me very interested.

Not from Highroller they wouldn't. You'd be lucky if they came in usable condition. Honestly though... There have been plenty of threads on here and a few hulls that look like a direct copy of another manufacturers proven hull. Whether it's ethical or not is debatable but it's being done already and I haven't heard of any copyright lawsuits in the air over it.
