Super Jet Big bore sleeve

I have two 62t motors one has 84mm pistons and the other has 84.5 are these big bore sleeves, I was wanting to bore out to 85 maybe 85.5 how can I tell, also how tight should piston be in sleeve I re built the 84.5 last season and piston was not that tight in sleeve but the ski would fly, it's a old sn race ski and kawi 800 stroker could not catch me, but like I said piston seemed loose to me, order my gen2 today, the old man is going to attempt a back flip this summer.

I don't know about the sleeves IF they are stock sleeves then thats the last bore u can get out of them. What brand are the pistons? If they are wiesco forged then that would maybe explain why they seem lose since they need room to expand when they warm up.

if i had to take a guess...
id say those are just 760 cylinders...
one is stock bore, one is .5 over.
just a stab...

also, there are specs for the piston gaps, and the ring gaps etc, make sure you are in specs. !!real important!

What are the markings on the cylinder? 61x,62t, or 64u ?

Some 62t cylinders have the thicker sleeves like the 760 cylinders..
