big bore case question

if my cases are bored for a big bore sleeve can they only be ran with a bigbore sleeve setup or can regular cylinder be put on and not have any problems since their will be a decent amout of clearence between the sleeve and the cases?

ive got my cases bored for bb cylinder that is on the way and right now i am running a standard sleeved cyl and it hits like a flibber jabber......they only take out a mm or 2 around the edge when they are boring anyway.

It should work okay but with increased case volumn you may lose some throttle responce.
