Marine-tex is good but expensive. Some epoxy like West will not fisheye so it makes a good filler/coating with a little cabosil added.

3M Panel Bonding adhesive #8115 it's badness the bitch of it is you need a $160.00 Gun to squirt it through a mixing tube! Just stuff a wooden dowel into the plunger end and squirt it out on mix a piece of glass or whatever then mix it up and apply like bondo it is made for SMC. It is what the body shop's use to glue on alot of the quarter panel's on new composite vehicles. Good Luck.Craiger

Thnak you for all the good advise

mmmhhh,, I need this simple its a Square...like thick paint sorta just brush on, i dont want to make a science experiment, no guns , no special stuff...just seal up and fill up scratches basically

believe it or not the scratches actually make your ski handle better...back in the day they would drag their 550 hulls around on the pavement behind their trucks to scratch em up..dont waste your time

I just want the purple gone on my ski :)
there are parts of it i can see through from the engine bay from where the purple is scratched off already.

I sanded, epoxied w/microbubble filler'ed the bottom of my SN
then painted it and it was almost unrideable
It was like trying to ride a small lunch tray through a snowboard park!
I let it rock and roll on the ramp for a while and it got a lot better
I think stippled like a golf ball would be ideal :beerchug:

c mon they got stuff for boats which do the job ....somewhere right, im talking fairly small scratches, no holes or deep gauges...

If they're small I'd suggest three options... 1.) Leave it alone and ride. No one sees the bottom up close anyway. 2.) Sand the scratches smooth and paint it. 3.) Fill it with some thickened epoxy resin, let it dry overnight, sand it smooth, and paint the next day.

Don't take this the wrong way as I'm not trying to be a dick in anyway but from the sounds of it, you're asking for this magical substance that requires virtually no work, is very strong, self levels, bonds to SMC, and buffs to a glossy finish in a matter of minutes. There may be something that does exist and can do all of this but I bet it's more expensive and isn't quite as good as a two step process.
