Before I seal up the tray to re-foam it is there anything I should be doing or maybe something I might have forgotten to do? I dont want to seal it up and then remember something I didn't do.

My walmart doent have 5200 at all. And my homedepot only has the blue slow drying stuff. Right now in my 50 degree garage it takes about 7 days to fully cure. In the mean time i'll be working on my hood mod. When it is dry it is softer and not tacky at all, but it is still sorta rubber like. I really can't describe it, you will know when it is dry.

man sorry about this metal4130

:hijacked:

It will be slightly rubbery, but virtually indestructible. I have sealed a cracked plastic radiator on a Nissan with that stuff - it's still going strong.
