After removing the 1/8" coat of solid resin from the bottom center of the ski, we found a little more damage, I already knew it was there from repairing the engine bay, so no surprises there lol.

"Ultra rare pipe" This pipe leaked real bad when i received it, ended up having 62 pin holes in the pipe! Luckily I can weld aluminum.

Ultra rare pipe...duh. lol

Some guy made a couple of them years ago. He let his 4 year old weld it together.... It'll do for now.

Beau's going to ride his Kaw 750 in surf this year.

Im so excited! Hopefully I can finish me ski by next weekend.

haha, ya, most of it will be hidden by the gas tank. Believe it or not it look better now then when i recieved it, we already bead blasted it and painted it black. Thanks.

Hull as you see it /\/\/\/\ weighs in at 146lbs. That's about what i was guessing considering all the reinforcement and patch work that I had to do.

Found out one of the pump bolts were stripped out , Luckily i have a old VXR sitting back in the woods that had 4 good mounting nuts.



Mag pump installed and shimed

My guess is early june when this thing will be done, me alan and tyler may ride with yall. I only know of Mill Creek, OK.... Are you talking about a lake or cove in Texas or ??

Not this time, just used feel-er gauges instead of tape. It thinks f eeler is a bad word with no spacing? weird...
