yes they can - but they are $10 instead of $5

I don't know where to get them - but I will find out before then. I believe there will be several businesses selling them. There are also supposed to be people walking/drving the beach looking for vehicles without stickers and they will stop and sell you one on the beach. I don't know if that last part has been implemented.

Glen - just send me your info and I will get a sticker for you.
