Other Beach cart tire repair/tube/replace?

What have people had luck with on beach cart tires that are dry rotted on the side & not holding air? I was thinking a tube; has anyone tried this, if so what size & where to get it? or is there any other, cheaper, tires that can be used? size is 21x12x8

i found cheap tubes at TSC and yes its ok to tube a dryrotted tote tire carcus, i have . they will last forever toting your ski !
