geesh that sucks. i bet his couple of retailer's prices won't go up that soon, but they will eventually.

i don't need one right now, other wise i would. going on 2 years on my present JW battery and it still works perfectly.

AJS already reflects the new pricing

Does this mean when we hook up at the beach We dont have to dick with battery cables and jumper cables:banghead:

on either ski. I'll keep using the wally batteries in the Poolaris

What's the selling feature of the Jetworks? weight, cranking, longevity?

I run Odyssey in my GSXL and Yuasa in my Superjets and SXR. The Yuasa in my SN is the same one that came with it 10 yrs ago when I bought it, possible even OEM from 92. No problems whatsoever and has outlived 5 others. I have not had battery issues in my GSXL since I stopped buying the cheap stuff. Yuasa prob would have worked but with total loss I wanted to have the best available.

What about walmarts batteries?? They sell 2 different kinds....$45 and $85......I have used the $85 battery for 2 years now without any failure. They are made by Johnson Controls.

I know you already got the batteries but I must say that my little DEKA is a beast.
Haven't charged it once and the ski fires right up even though it has been sitting outside for months all neglected and stuff.
Did I mention that it's light.

I had the $45 one and it crapped on me less than a year. I trickle charged it and kept it up right. The higher $ one might be better.

yuasa ytx 20 gel.
last forever and smaller

i got four years on mine, and its been drained a couple of times. the cheaper wal mart battery you couldn't give me, died inside 6 mos, so i upgraded to the more expensive one and almost got a year out of it. the yuasa is in stock locally so i'd prolly go get another one when i need it..

For a "need it now" application they work.

Penguin, your going to want my Jetworks mod for your cables too. :Banane09:

Im running an Odessey battery, seems to have bad reviews on here but it works great for me and only cost $75 which was better than any other sealed dry cell I found.
