here is my delema.......... Ski would start, push the button, hear a faint click, but no start, every now and then it would start up fine. Pull the ebox open, find some water seeped in and the relay has some corrosion on a terminal and its rusted, and a wire is lose. Fix the wire, clean up all connections, and now I push the starter button and it turns over, and is sparking, but it just back fires and wont start up. Kept trying to start it and it started up and ran fine. Go back a sec after it cooled down and nothing when I pushed the button. I can jump the relay and it turns over, but it wont start still. WTF? I am at a loss! I have checked all the wires and they are all hooked up to the right spots, ground is good, the only thing that looks wrong is the relay and I want to ride Friday!
