bad exp with a user on pwctoday

i bought a b-pipe off a pwct user
after he ships it to me he tells me hes sendind a modified ex mani. (clearanced for pvs)
i know there is no perf gain/loss
he also tells me that if i dont like it he will swap it for a non modded mani
header not clearanced why didnt he keep the mani w the header?
now the guy i bought it for doesnt want the clearanced mani
the guy i bought it from isnt answering pms
what to do?
no names yet i dont wanna drag him through the mud
just want the fpp manifold i was expecting

He sent you an item you did not buy. I personally would demand an exchange or compensation. If he had the other manifold laying around that you originally purchased, why would he randomly send a different one? Seems sort of fishy. Give him a few days to make it right and if he doesn't, put his name up here so others know who to avoid.

paying someone to do that mod can get pricey. its worth a lot more to someone thats running a PV motor.

Sucks for your situation, but I'll have to stick up for the guy a little bit.

I bought a brand new 62t RAD charging wheel for $250 and he paid for shipping.
