Freestyle backflip a superjet in flatwater?

with a aftermarket freestyle hull and a good engine probably can Braap it
how about with a stock length superjet in flatwater ?

the rider backflip his superjet but his hull was -2.5 inch .( nice work )

its really a lot about technique. That hull is fairly light (88 lbs) but is still the stock superjet design. His ski has a fairly stout setup, and will flip a smaller ski (stunt hull, BOB or something similar) with ease. -2.5 inches isnt anything compared to these pure backflip hulls, and the stock superjet hull design doesnt help either. If your sticking with a stock super jet i wouldnt count on anything under 900cc's flipping you on flatwater.

It's all about technique and timing. The bigger the motor and the lighter the hull, the more you can neglect technique and timing.

That motor is a old DASA 5mil, w/ a mag pump...

I just was out yesterday for the first time since my build. -2.5" re-foamed SJ hull, 771cc DASA with an ATP EPIC, Xmetal trim and running 50/50 pump/race gas. I think a really good rider could flatwater flip this thing. I'm hopefully going to get close eventually with a lot of practice.

It's all about technique. I'm sure if I rode with someone who's doing FWB I'd figure it out. I know one day it's going to click and they'll be second nature (just like rolls).
