I am having an issue with a backfire on my 90 superjet that is only happening after trailering my ski. Its happened twice and sounds like a shotgun and I'm afraid of damaging my motor. It is an exhaust backfire that blows of my exhaust hose off. Ski runs great after the backfire and shuts off and starts up again without a problem. Running 26 psi popoff, tested with gauge, on blackjack 44s I bought new last year
Thinking of just turning my fuel selector to the off position and running the ski out of gas to empty the lines before trailering, any other ideas?
Setup:
Jetworks 828
Blackjack 44s
Enhancer (brand new)
Dasa Manifold w/ VF2
B-pipe bored to 50mm w/ limited chamber
