What hull
Weights complete
Pump tunnel
Pump, very important, all pumps are not the same
Motor details, comp, carbs, ign, timing, pipe
Ride style, flat, surf, both
current tricks your doing

Elevation needs to be added to your list. OP is at 4,500 feet.

Its a package deal like these guys said.
To work properly everything must be tuned in from the carbs to the pump nozzle.
All the above variables have to be considered, I've rode so many skis that had great parts etc but just were not properly tuned.
