South Watuppa pond, Goosebery Island. In RI you need a boating license. In MA you don't. Plus if you get a ticket in RI on the water it goes against your drivers license. WTF I have a 130hp water rocket so I can get my speed fix and not have every day be a track day if you know what I mean.
