b pipe water screw carnage

well recently found that my top water screw adjuster is stripped out in the header pipe anyone done this and what is the way to fix cheers

parrdaddy sells oversized kits with everything you need to go up a size. The easiest way to get them right now is probably through a Hot Products dealer.
