B pipe help understanding

Stock Superjet cooling line is big enough for typical applications. You may want a dedicated second line for hand warmers.

I personally run a separate line just to the pipe so I better control the pipe temps with restrictors since its lake temp water going into the pipe instead of preheated water from the engine. The single cooling line for just the engine should be sufficient as you want the water temp to be 125-130ish degrees coming out of the pissers.
