B-Pipe Headpipe and Mani Porting?

I've done some searching and can't find any specific info on porting the headpipe and manifold for a b-pipe. I think I have an older setup (42mm) that I'd like to open up but I can't find anything on how to do it or what to do. I think I can wing it, but I'd prefer to have a little guidance.
