B pipe cooling trouble

At the begining of the season i had my factory b pipe off the motor and i got it all back together and took the ski for a ride. When i got home i noticed that the line that comes off my head going to the mod camber just before the water box cooling line was melted. I dont know what has changed from last year, about the only thing i have done is install a side exhaust. My lines dont seem to be blocked off as there is water coming out of the pisser. Thoughts??

I've melted my cooling lines before. I sucked up some floating sewage goodies. A few things should be addressed. Change the cooling lines (clear/colored ones are crap.) Also, good idea to take the head pipe off and remove one water screw at a time and blow into each hole to see if its clogged.

I have dual cooling, both lines go into the manifold, then one line goes from oone side of the head to the bottom of the head pipe, and the other side of the head goes to a T fitting where one way goes to a pisser and the other way goes to the nipple on the mod chamber, then the last hose goes from the top of the head pipe to the pisser. My ski is an octane by the way.
