Super Jet B pipe, compression change, and carb tuning.

Alright guys I ordered a new ada head from JetManiac and it will be lowering my compression 5-10 psi (I got the 37cc domes). Will this affect the tuning of my b pipe? The screws on my pipe are frozen and it appears the the PO had the middle and bottom screws shut and the top screw opened way up. I have read that this can cause water to enter into the cylinders while on the water. Obviously this will also change my carb tuning. Can you guys give me any advice on tuning this pipe? I do mostly freeride. The ski does 50mph as it is and there's really no need for it unless I want to play grab azz with couches, so I am not too worried about top end. I want to get a good amount of low end punch from the pipe as well as still be able to do wfo runs. Is there anybody on here that can steer me in the right direction for carb settings and pipe settings? Do you guys also have any pointers on carb settings and tuning it. Sorry, I know this has probably been discussed a thousand times but I am just eager to learn stuff and be proficient at tuning and operating my machine.
