B Pipe Chamber Overheating

Had a little problem today, the b pipe chamber was past sizzling really really hot, the manifold, motor and headpipe were luke warm. All we could think of was that the water was not getting sprayed into the inside of the headpipe it was all just staying in the water jacket and the sprayers might be clogged. All the screws are set up right top being open and the bottom two closed. Water was coming out of the pisser so it has to be the sprayers somehow are clogged. Anyone ever have this problem before and how did you clean where the water gets sprayed into the headpipe? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Undo the screws and spray some carb cleaner down the holes. Let it soak and repeat.

Put 2 of your adjuster screws back in and seat them while leaving the other one out. Block one of the water in/out fittings and blow into the other one. If all is good, you should be able to pass some air through there and out into the headpipe exhaust area. Keep doing this with the other screws until they are all free.

i think fpp told me those holes were 3/64. I didn't have a bit that size but used a long sewing needle and hammered it in. never could get the mid or bottom opened :irked:

Thanks guys I"ll try it. I know someone was selling the oversize ones as a kit but is there anyway you can just get one from somewhere. This is if I have to really go at it to get it out. I'll keep ya posted.
