b-pipe, can't get any sizzle...

- is 3/4 open on one screw possibly still too much water to make the pipe sizzle, even with header bore opened up to 47mm? (and it sounds like an overwhelming "yes, it can be". Cool, I'll play with that more when I get back. I didn't realize how sensitive that screw was, and will do the air compressor check to know where the lower limit is.)
)

I'm at 3/8 turn on the bottom and my b-pipe is "very warm to Hot" but doesn't sizzle.

I have steam, coming from my pisser. Don't really understand why it would be coming out of the water jacket if its flooded with water. I have thought about cracking my top screw a bit, maybe I need to.

Is your headpipie in at the bottom out at the top or opposite of that?

Dual cooling each line enters manifold one goes overboard from the head, the other exits head and runs to bottom of headpipe. (it enters the bottom and flows up) I heard this will eliminate any chance of an air pocket forming, which makes sense.
