Anyone running an 800 motor?

Has anyone installed and run a 800 yamaha motor in their superjet sucessfully? I was considering a project.

I may be selling my 800 longblock. Stock head, crank, cases (1/2 ported), cylinder (both messed up but great if doing a BB kit and mechanical Powervalves. I have some other project I need to do in the mean time. PM me if interested.

superramjet has one with an 800 in. Everyone who has done it used the WD exhaust, havent heard of anyone making their own.

that was in his XJet and Rev ski........... not his SJ.

WD sells a conversion kit to drop the 800 in an OEM SJ FWIW. He tells me 2k and one month lead time.
