Surfriding Anyone ride in the connecticut area?

I just moved to Groton and I wont have a ski for at least a couple months but I wanted to see if there are any ocean/lake/river riders by me :Banane09:

Pretty sure there are some rivers in CT for riding. If you want ocean Seabrook Beach is the best. Not sure how far it is from you but prolly three hours? I know abunch of the Rad Dudes in CT make trips to Seabrook because the waves get huge.

Im also in CT. Me and a large crew are always riding on the Housatonic River and make it out to Long Island sound sometimes.
