Surfriding Anyone make a spacer for exhaust manifold?

My Power Valves are hitting the exhaust manifold and preventing them from opening all the way. Looks like on of the bolts holding the right PV in is also hitting the exhaust manifold which is preventing it from siting straight on the motor.
Not sure if there is a spacer someone makes that I could attach between the motor and the exhaust manifold?
I would like to buy one.

See the black plate where the exhaust ports are. Im looking for a spacer plate to go where the black plate is, in between the motor and the manifold. This will push out the manifold a little to clear the PV.
Attached is the pic of where the manifold currently sits and you can see it needs to be pushed out alittle.
