doesnt elevation come into factor when determining compression/cc size???

At higher elevation your compression will be lower and your jetting will be much richer.

Where i used to live was 1500 ft. above sea level. In the summer I would vacation in Colorado where it was 5500 ft. above sea level, I would lose 25 lbs. of compression.

I say who cares the stuff will sell for what it sells for. Most of the time people buying these kind of parts know what they are worth. If I put my limited squarenose on there and said it was worth $15k that doesnt mean I am gonna get a ton of money for it. Buyer beware as they say. If he was selling a "good running motor" with the rods hanging out the side that would be different.
