anyone know if 08 sxr has a bilge already built in?

i wanna do subs i just dont wanna get water in it another thing is whats some good glue 2 put on the stick on foot holds im not sure if i wanna get the real 1s yet so im gonna try the stick on 1s first to see how they are and i need a website to get them on ?

it has a stock siphon bilge system not verry good get a electric bilge and what you wanna glue the footholds in to try ????

i take it you mean the hydro turf blocks. get some turf glue and glue them right on the side of the tray....a 500gph rule bilge pump works great in addition to the stock siphon one ... block off the stock intake the front of the hood.. and cut the rear of the hood....if you need pics ill send you some of my hood.... it cuts down on water intake alot and helps the motor breath better. very good mod and only will cost a couple bucks...

My first ski was a new 07 sxr....One year later I got my first superjet. Now the sxr just sits around collecting dust!

You would have to ride each and compare for yourself. These guys just love to jump on anybody that's not riding a superjet. If you really want to start playing and throwing your ski around, I'd suggest that you try out a superjet, you may find it just suits your style better. I don't regret buying my SXR but i do have 3 SJ's now and am always looking for more and I'm not looking for any more SXR's.

Yes, the SXR has a stock siphon style bilge. I do subs all the time and only have the stocker plus a duckbill drain and have never had any problem with subs. Fountains however are a different story...

Adding an electric bilge would be an excellent idea for added safety and probably considered mandatory by most. If you want to go single, go with at least an 800gph. If you like doubles then 2 500's are good.
