Anyone have problems with Ipad software updates?

Wife updated and now lost her 3G, wireless still works however.

What version is she on? They just did 8.0 and then issued 8.0.2 about 4 days later with a bunch of patches.

Manage pics locally and only back up apps, settings, email etc to the cloud.

I have a 3TB network storage drive at home so I upload everything to it, (pics, movies, etc). I then have a PC set up as a media/camera server so I can access everything from anywhere. It's been interesting to log in to my surveillance system from another country and check on the house. I was even able to pull some footage of a car that was bothering some neighbors over the weekend and forward it to the police.

Software is easy. It's the hardware that makes or breaks the system. I never would have done mine but I got most of my equipment free thru work.

I loaded it on my iPad last night and regret it so far. I really don't like what the've done and can't find anything. I'll give it some time today but I bet I am stepping back a version.

I haven't cared for any of the last 3 or 4 major updates to Tapatalk and am open to switching to a different App all together at this point.

It stinks! Slowed everything down really bad! Wish it would be possible to revert back.
