Other Anyone have experience with Blowsions customer service and/or return policy?

I just called them to ask my question but it seems they are already closed.
I ordered 2 foot strap mounting hardware kits and a replacement primer a week or two ago. I was charged $45 for the total and it arrived pretty quick. I just got home from school to find another box with 1 of the mounting kits and a replacement primer which i was charged $35 for despite only ordering once. I had issues with blowsions website when ordering and I had to try and submit my order multiple times. Only once did I actual get to the order confirmation screen and I believe I only received one email as well (two shipping confirmation ones though).
Would blowsion accept a return and refund all of my money or do you guys think I will be out shipping costs? Ill probably just keep it if I have to pay shipping but id much prefer to have my $35 back.

I just double checked and I did only receive one email confirming my order

Just call them up, they will take care of you. Read the fine print when ordering online. Many sites will tell you not to click back or submit more than one time even if the computer is acting slow. This can trigger multiple orders. Looks like that is what happened.

This kills me. People sometimes over look that shipping also requires handling, packaging (Boxes, bubble wrap / or other type of protective material) Someone has to take the order (on phone or by computer) get up, go to the shelves pick up the items, box them up (Or order from supplier if it is special order our out of stock). The employee's do not work for free. So you add in a small percentage to the shipping to help offset this time.
Alot of people will say they should have that added into the price of the item. Yeah, they could do that. But what happens is when your order alot of parts, you would be screwing yourself in the process and paying way more in handling fees if they were set up this way. Blowsions pricing is not to outrageous for their parts. Their service has always been pretty damn good to me. I use to buy from them but stopped (Not anything to do with customer service on orders)

Nothing but positives, including when they sent the wrong size vest. Return was smooth. The only gripe I have was that I paid to ship.said vest back. While.stickkers are a nice gesture, it doesn't cover my return shipping. But one goof in several orders is allowable. I will order through them again but I will shop around beforehand. Overal a 8/10 and I don't just give out a 10/10.

I have probably spent 5k with blowsion over the last year, deadly service. If I have ever had an issue it was quickly resolved via phone or email. Ive always found there prices to be fair.

blah blah blah, why does it cost so much less to have ANYONE else in this sport or any other business to ship.

The only thing I looked at recently was the new freeride vid. It shouldn't cost $13 to ship a DVD.

they only give you like 10 days to return something, which kinda sucks if you order a big shipment like i did and relised some stuff i couldnt use like a month later. and if u do return in 10days they charge 20% restocking fee. kinda sucks if you are buying some1 xmas gifts or a bday gift an u get it early befor giving them it. did have a problem with there website a couple times placen an order but nothin major cuz u can jus order over the phone. also that bell bellistic helmet they charge i think like 60 dollars more then what any other online company sells for. just my input. not bashen there company cuz ill still buy some stuff from them

I bought a $1000 worth of stuff from them the other day and it only cost me $15 shipping, it was package very well and I'm located in Oklahoma. I have dealt with MUCH worse online companies...i have been very pleased with them.

Their shipping is overpriced for what you get, $15 for shipping isn't bad, your right, but your paying $15 for BASIC ups ground that takes 7-10 days to get to you. If i order something from jetmaniac and pay $15 in shipping i get it in 3.. thats all i was saying. I still shop with them, no worries.

Oic....well it usually takes 3-5 business days for me to receive my items (never taken longer as of yet), but i have only order about 5 times from them...

I needed a helmet ASAP and they had a friend hand deliver me a helmet in Daytona for 25 extra bucks. They hooked me up big time and I don't personally know any of them. I order alot from them although shipping is slow to the east coast I still will continue to order

look at a map sometimes. especially UPS delivery zone map.... Texas to Florida is alot closer than Texas to Oregon.
