He cut his plate shorter,then drilled and tapped 4 new holes. It looks like the rear holes were not tapped, since they have acorn nuts on them, unless those are to keep from cutting his knees if he ever slams his bar on his leg.
If he wants straight bars all he has to do is drill two more holes in line with the rear holes and voila. straight bars can be installed. But he still has his stock bars on, u can tell by the grips. Maybe he likes the stock bend
