Saw this at the local menards store today. It was $39.99. I don't know if its one of those deals where you get what you pay for but it's got me curious for the price!

for $39 bucks I wouldn't expect much, but you wont know how good it is until you try it. I'm biting the bullet and picking up a Hero 3 black edition myself.

Emerson stuff if pretty junky from my experience with their products. But for $40 it may be a good deal. Im sure it does not cost much to make a gopro camera in china or wherever, so maybe Emerson is trying to take a good sized chunk of the Gopro market.
Buy it, try it, and if you dont like it, return it.

Edit: Just did some reading on this and its 720p and is basically a stripped down cheesy version of the Gopro with less features. It is water resistant/proof. The video sample I watched on youtube looked terrible and had NO stabilization software that I could see with my naked eyes..lol Bounce up and down all over the place.

Makes me glad im getting a Gopro3 white edition for a early Christmas present.
