An urchin diver buddy of mine is leaving California because he hates the politics and the house prices.

He is on a road trip with his wife and kid looking for a home to buy.

Right now he is in Smyrna, FL.

Anybody here with any knowledge about there?

Sorry im an hour from there. On the east coast Sebastion is nice we go there allot. On west coast Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton any where near there is cool.
