No. The screw that holds the piece on to potect the wires came out, letting that piece just run around under the cover, and fragging half of the shiz (with a Z) under there. Now I am in a frantic search for a cover with electronics because I do not want to perform surgery on the mess I have here!

Wheee. The replacement cover WITH electronics came in today. I put the meter on the charge, pulser, and lightning coils, and they were all within the specs set forth in the manual. A soon as this hurricane thing blows over, I will have it back together!
