Any Suggestions for a hanpole spring

Hey all,

Finally got my Square Nose SJ engine back, B-pipe to be installed this week, skat trak 10-18, OEM dual 44's, all else stock.

Looking for suggestions for a polse spring, I would like to get close to possible to neutral weight. Which one should I get and where (if you know how much even better)

yeah... dont use one....

.. grind those busings off and tighten up the pole.. its the best freestyle mod you can do

basically makes your pole weightless.. most freestyle skis are going that way.. but yeah ..personal choice

Is that what most people are doing ? The R & D spring spacer on a sxr stock spring is perfect, I know that from experience not sure about a SJ.

be careful tightening down on the pole bolt without reinforcing... the bracket mounting area flexes pretty easily

The spring worked better for me than tightening the pole with bolts, that band wagon roller right by.

I got a SN UMI pole spring that still has alot of spring left too it...was working great when I pulled it off my ski. Just switching pole setups and can'r use it. PM me if interested.

IMO, This would be the way I would go. I have a 92 SN with a UMI Pole and even a Blowsion spring won't hold it up. It is pretty close to neutral though.

yea i had the blowsion spring and was pretty happy with it. i just switched poles too so if you want it let me know.

yes... i got about a half hour lecture from JK about my pole being stiff. since then have put the proper spring on it and it is so much better.
