I really could not help myself but to post on this thread....

Dasa 16 mil 1100.... I ride, I re fuel, I charge battery, I wash ski.... That's it

Motor runs perfect every time , I don't have to monkey with anything...

Power really depends on how you set it up. Do you ride flatwater only? Fresh water or salt

What pump are you running? Oem electrical box or other? What brand if other?

To make any motor work it has to be setup correctly.. You can't buy a Dasa 1100 and think it's going to work without the complete package. Takes the right pump, prop, electrical system, timing, pipe, carbs...

Here's my buddy riding my Dasa 1100..... That day at the lake there was a xfs with a Dasa 1100.. Owner told the build how he wanted the motor setup, guess what? His ski felt like a 760

Just keep in mind it's the complete package! You think it's making power?

thanks for your answers.
the configuration would be:
dasa 1100 - novi carbs total loss-48-148mm magnum pump-power factor.
well see that configuration? work well with 98 octane gasoline? or lose a lot of power for not making more octane gasoline.
im running in lake, flat water and fresh water
within the 3rd day I'm going to miami, I'd like before you buy an engine to test them.
that are part of the U.S. AIRCRAFTSALZ?

thanks to all

Thats the correct setup... 98 octane will be fine, your not going to loose that much from 110 race gas... Plus with your Rickter the hull is a little heavy so you just drop the pitch on the prop. Brian at Thrust Innovation's built my motor & did all the setup. I have tested a lot of things, from props, to bigger pumps, to timing. We know what works with these dasa motors.

You can email brian at Thrust innovations to setup a test ride of the Dasa 1100, I will drop my ski off at his shop or come down for the Day if you want to ride.

Just email me what date, etc. flaglerairexchange@gmail.com

It's worth pointing out that European 98 octane gas is equivalent to 92 octane pump gas in the US. This is due to Europe using a different rating system.

I've never seen 93 at the pump here (in WA). Only 91 or 92.
That's why I said that. ;)
