I ended up registering in DE. Much simpler down there transferring a home built title.

I was told that it is no longer possible to sell a boat with a homebuilt title to someone else if the buyer and seller are both from pa. I would go get a lottery ticket.

You can’t transfer homebuilt from out of state if it’s not in your name. However, now that I transferred to DE, I can transfer THAT reg to PA since it’s in my name. The fish and boat people even told me this. Dumbest rules I’ve ever heard of.

You want to see a real clown show, go to the penndot headquarters in Harrisburg. They make fish and boat look like geniuses.
