I have an SXR that has spent most of its life outside getting beat by the Texas sun. I had originally planned on painting it, but there is some headache that goes along with that as you could imagine.

While at the lake this last weekend I noticed some wakeboard boats with really killer wraps on them, I thought that might be an easier solution for my ski.

My question is - are there any good whole ski (or atleast top half) wraps out there? Do they hold up at all? Is it worth doing? Should I just suck it up and get it painted?

This looks like a good wrap:

Any idea who makes it?

How bad is it trying to paint a ski with the motor in it?

just make sure its around 4mm thick

the wrap i got from Krash industries for my rocket is only 2mm thick. So makes it real acceptable to scratches/dings

Check with Barney's of St. Pete. They did Brian Dennis's ski and it looks awesome. Last I spoke with them, they charge $50/ft, that includes 2 hours of design works and application. Not sure if there are any other hidden fees or if they will design, print and ship.

Edit...
08 hull with lowered stuff.
