Super Jet Anti-tamper caps on carb?

Can someone clarify a little bit on these anti tamper caps the carbs come with? We're they on the SN SJ like my 94 with the single carb? I was looking at my carb and it looks like there is a little brass freeze plug looking thing way down deep inside where the adjusters would be? Is that it or is that the adjuster? My old carb had external T adjusters on it so I've never run into this. Do I just take a real fine drill bit and drill a tiny hole then use a pick to pull them
Off? It seems it could be challenging to get any torque to pull them off. Also how far below the cap is the screw? I've tried searching this but all I've found is people saying they had to be removed. Or if anyone has any pictures or threads of these being removed I'd appreciate it.

Yes, I think they started in the superjet in 2004. Drill a small hole, as shallow as you can, then pull the things off. You can also get T screws for adjustment once the caps are off.

Ok well I guess this doesn't involve my ski I just didn't see a way to adjust the brass screw as it looked round or it needed an Allen to adjust it. I thought it was more or a flathead style adjuster?
