ENOUGH SAID, WATERDAWG HAS THIS PART ON LOCK.
ORDER UP GUYS, YOU WONT FIND ANYTHING BETTER

Who has tested this plate to prove it isn't going to crack? The Blowsion plate comes with multiple washers to put inbetween the plate and hull to prevent it from hitting the pump. My 03' took 1 washer and my friends 02' took 2 that is why they provide you with multiple washers.

its not copying you.....nothign against you mud. I think highly of you....but comon

That was a joke, I could care less what Curry makes or what he makes it out of.
Really, he has no effect on my life what so ever, I just wish he would give his customers(the good people of this sport) better service..

I used the washers to shim it and it still hits the pump .After shimming it with the washers it doesnt line up good with the hull either .It's sticking out past the hull and I had to silicone around it to smooth out the transition.
I'm gonna remove it and cut a stocker with a d cut .:cool2:

my yamaha oem stocker weighs 2.4 lbs with a d cut. and yamaha will still be around when i need another.

Dude, did you bump your head on your ski??? The OEM plate cost twice as much as the Waterdawg plate AND it's heavier (and probably not any stronger).

This is a great thread, even I didn't know Waterdawg was making rideplates. For $100, it looks like an awesome part. And it looks a little different than the lip ripper. Anyway... was Blowsion the first to cut a half-moon into a rideplate??

you know honestly, Blowsion, 24/7, XFT, WCF, WDK, Lightweight or anybody else has at one time or another made something that was not up to par, it is part of business........ It is how you deal with the problem/issue that counts.... I have men that no matter how well they try to install flooring, whether it is Ceramic Tile, Granite, Hardwood, Vinyl or Carpet, sometimes they just screw it up..... it happens....... You deal with it, try and make the customer happy. You do whatever it takes. Sometimes you just cant make the customer happy, once they feel they were shafted or got an inferior product or service they have it set in they're mind that they will not be happy with whatever you do. Other times you get the customer that says "You know, This happens to me at work also, sometimes these things happen, Thank you for doing what you did to correct it".

This waterdawg thread BS is getting old........... for years everybody has slammed him, He deserved it in my opinion... Everybody was also saying "if he would just start delivering products in a timely manner then he would be someone to buy from" Guess what, it looks like maybe Jeff has done so..... I will give him a thumbs up, looks like he is doing much better........ Too bad some people refuse to keep an open mind.

This is getting to be a broken record, IMO.

Steve, Edwin, and Charlie will never be able to resolve "their" issues, because of the history between them. I wish the whole "rideplate" issue would "disintegrate."

I ordered a hull from Steve at WCF and do not regret my decision. After seeing Steve's two build-off boats, I was impressed with what I saw and I know that Steve will put the effort necessary to insure that my hull is built to my expectations. Additionally, Steve has been at a few rides I have attended and has always been available to discuss his products and jet skiing in general. I met Jeff at World Finals, checked out his REV ski, and was impressed with the quality. I was (and still am) skeptical of his ability to keep up with his business bills, maintain quality, and run a business.

A Waterdawg hull was never really a consideration for me because of his previous lack of deliveries and overall lack of customer service. It appears that he is making an attempt to correct these issues, but only time will tell if he survives in such a risky, volatile marketplace such as custom jetski manufacturing. Steve has always made an effort to answer his phone or call me back promptly when I have called him. Jeff has ignored too many opportunities (or been too busy to address them) and is finally realizing the error of his ways---or so it appears. What happens when he can't produce the product for the $$$ that he thought he could and he has to raise his prices to compensate for his losses?

I don't give a damn if you ride a Watercraft Factory ski, a Waterdawg ski, a Wamilton's ski, an XFT, an EME, or a bone stock beater ski---just be happy that you ride. Life could be worse for many of us...:cool2:
