another total loss problem

I put a brand new digital total loss system in my new ski. its starts great but if you try to rev it, it sounds like it hits the rev limiter.

my diagnosous: the led is blinking, so I assume I have a problem with my pickups. its a brand new system though.

So my question is where do I start? how do I know which one? what do I do to fix? both plugs have spark.

any help would be great! I need to get this sucker tuned before the rock n ride!!!!

MSD led blinking is normal when ignition is turned on.
Always double check the green trigger wires running into the backside of stator plate and make sure you don't have any rubbed wires that are now bare and shorting out.
